Wayne S. Lloyd, AIA President Wayne has practiced architecture in Santa Fe since 1979. As President and Principal-in-Charge at Lloyd & Associates Architects, Wayne is responsible for most of the firm’s major projects. He is involved with all phases of the projects from marketing to contract negotiations, programming, consulting coordination scheduling and construction administration. Ida P. Vorum AIA, Project Manager Ida Vorum is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in architecture, master planning, site design planning, new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, historic preservation and live/work architectural projects. Additional experience includes years with OZ Architecture in Boulder, Colorado, where Ida served as Project Architect. Alejandro Solorzano Saldierna, Project Manager Alejandro Solorzano Saldierna is a licensed architect with 12 years of experience in the fields of administrative and municipal buildings, educational facilities, commercial and retail, as well as master planning, and urbanization.  He has also served as Construction Administrator on The Escuela Normal de Educacion Fisica del Estado in Morelia, Michoacon, including a bridge across the Vias de Ferrocarril.  Alex has served on several major projects since joining LAA. Alberto Rivas, Project Manager  Alberto has 14 years of experience in design of administrative and municipal buildings, educational facilities, commercial and retail, as well as master planning, and urbanization. Alberto worked on the American Hebrew Academy in Greensboro, NC, and served as Adjuct Professor in the California College of the Arts, Instructor at City College of San Francisco and the University of California at Berkeley. Rob Krumholz, AIA Project Architect Rob is a registered architect with more than 21 years experience luxury residences in Aspen, Colorado, Beaver Creek and Denver Colorado. He also has a wide variety of commercial work including projects for Coors Brewery, which engaged him to complete their Ceramic Facility (140,000 sq. ft.) in Golden, Colorado.
